Client Attendance Policy
As a small business, timeliness can affect us greatly. Clients who are repeatedly late, miss appointments, or otherwise don't abide by our attendance policy will be dismissed as clients. We appreciate you honoring our schedule as it helps us better serve all of our kitty clients. Please understand we do not enjoy charging fees like this, it is an unfortante necessity and these fees help us cover over head costs and payroll for that time period. Thank you for your understanding, we greatly enjoy what we do and policies like this help ensure we can continue to care for your cats for many more years.
No-Shows or Cancelled Appointments
We have limited appointments and keep a busy schedule, we ask that you cancel with at least 48 hours notice.
No-shows or last minute cancellations will be subject to missed appointment fees and/or deposits for future appointments.
All deposits are nonrefundable should you reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours notice or no-show. If you need to reschedule and give us more than 48 hours notice the deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. Deposits are paid via invoice and you do not need to come in to the salon to pay them.
If you repeatedly miss appointments or last minute cancel we may not be able to continue to book appointments for you.

On Time Arrival
In order for our day to run as smoothly as possible we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you drop off early or late this affects other appointments throughout the day, not to mention your cat may have to be with us longer than absolutely necessary which no cat loves. In our salon on-time means no more than 10-15 minutes early, and no more than 10 minutes late (preferably 0 minutes late). Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a missed appointment fee. We are human too, we understand things happen, traffic, etc, that may cause you to be late. Please text/call us as soon as you know you will not be arriving on time so we can plan accordingly and we will attempt to coordinate this if possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are still able to accept your cat there may be a late drop off fee of $15 as our schedule may need to be adjusted and the employee will most likely be working late.
On Time Pick Up
Picking your cat up on time is not only helpful for the salon but for your kitty. We text or call you 5-10 minutes before you cat is ready and ask that you pick up within 30 minutes of receiving this notification. Picking your cat up on time helps minimize the risk of potty accidents, makes sure your cat isn't overly stressed sitting in their carrier, and helps us limit the number of cats in the salon at one time. If you do not pick up your cat on time, daycare fees may be added.

- First offense- $35 fee
- Second offense- 100% cost of groom and will need to provide a card on file before we can hold any future appointments
- Third offense will result in dismissal from the business as a client.
