Who is Joyful Bird Yoga?

Welcome! My name is Aubrey and I have no idea who I am! But I am enjoying this journey of self discovery to find out!

My mission for every event, class or retreat is to provide participants with something special. Whether it's conquering a new pose, finding some inner stillness, or just enjoying a moment to yourself, I just hope that you leave a little more Joyful than you arrived.

The Journey Here

For me this journey started when I left me corporate job. I was in a bad place mentally and physically and I was looking for a way to make my life more joyful.

My very first yoga class was at Rosemary Court yoga in Sarasota, Fl. I fell in love with the class, teachers and studio. Rosemary Court will always be my home, and when they offered a Yoga Teacher Training for the first time I couldn't resist! So after about 6 years of practicing yoga I took the next step and attended their teacher training.

I had no intention of teaching at the time, however the joy that I found sharing yoga with others couldn't be ignored. Everytime I step in front of a class it fills my heart with love and peace and happiness. Now, my only goal is to share that feeling with others.
